Benders Cleaning Professionals, LLC

I began using  Bender's Cleaning Professionals, LLC in January 2013.  Nikiaha, one of their professionals showed up on time the first (and later) visits and did a thorough job of cleaning our home.  The first cleaning was every nook and cranny and set the stage for all subsequent cleanings.  Over the course of the past 2 1/2 years, Bender's has sent 4 different housekeepers and each has been very thorough.
My wife is handicapped so it required the housekeeper to work around her daily schedule and there was never a problem.  
Sheril, the owner, was always very pleasant to work with and, whenever necessary, accommodated all our requests.  We feel very fortunate that we ultimately decided to use Bender's rather that one of the other services that the provided original quotes.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Bender's for housekeeping services.

Firstcleaning was supposed to have "2" people clean for an extra price. I was told by the regular house cleaner the owner did not show up till later in the day and I was charged anyway.Sheets were not changed, left on bed, Very little was expected. Refused to use Swifer "it took to much time". Used wet mop which I did not like and was charged to buy.Charged an astronomical price for only cleaning the first floor and bathroom upstairs and not the other rooms. Has an atitude about price. I was able to find a cheaper more professional house keeper with one phone call.
