I have a contract with them. If I do not call them to schedule a visit they call me. They always call before coming. They show up according to the schedule and take care of the pest problems. I have not compared prices but they are reasonable. The quality of their work is good.

We had a tiny bit of termite damage. With this guy, you couldn't tell anything had happened. They were real professional when they did the bait system. When we do landscaping, we ask the guy to come out and move it. The rubber mulch costs more, but, in the long run it lasts longer, and doesn't attract pests. High school children come and help us with the yard.

I tried to use their department that takes care of critters because I had a young fox that was coming into or coming upto the yard. They were terrible. We have a problem of foxes here being rabid. I have small dogs. Although they are vaccinated, I didn’t want the fox coming in and attacking them. They set up an appointment to come out and meet with me. I called back at the appointed time the next day. They said they would come out between noon and 3 p.m. At 3 p.m. when I called them, they apologized telling that they really forgot to put me on the list. They told me they will come out and do it next week, so I was not happy with their critter department.

The Sentricon system was installed several years ago by Arrow and Arrow has been the monitoring agency. On occasion, there have been 'hits' on the bait centers and additional bait units set. When needed, the system was upgraded to newer units. The foks I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. The system and the service operates as advertised and I will recommend Arrow without reservation.

They are absolutely excellent. The woman came in and introduced herself, and I showed her where to spray so that I could get back to work. They wore booties while they were inside, to keep the floors clean. She was very courteous and polite. They have been doing termites and mosquito spray, and pest control for me for about a year, and it works! Their products are pet and people friendly. The office is great, the workers are great. It's just a truly professional organization. Their rates are very competitive.

The men that come out are very respectful of our home and do a good job keeping the termite baits filled and spraying for any infestations that might pop up. We like the price and don't mind referring them to others.

I receive good service from Arrow. They use a safe spray without odor and they also use some sort of powder near my baseboard, sink, dishwasher, that is safe. I can call them if I ever have a problem between visits. They work quickly and arrive on schedule.

Rick was very accommodating and helpful and provided me with some valuable tips about my required inspection. He was on time, did his inspection, and made me aware there was a homeless person who had moved into the vacant home. He made sure the house was safe before we went inside and offered to wait with me for the police officers to arrive. He was very efficient and did not waste my time. I could tell he really enjoys his job. Both his cell phone number and home phone number are on his business card, and you are welcome to call him at home until 9PM.
