Horrible from the start. I read a review on a page they left a terrible mess after cutting down trees, destroying landscaping and leaving driveway dirty. I contacted the owner because I already signed a contract. He told me he would personally be on my job and this would not happen. He was not on my job. He had a wedding to attend and videos the next day when I complained how things were going on at my home. He did offer 1,000 off to pay for cleaning my driveway but before I could decide anything, he had his friend attorney start threatening me telling me to have no more contact with the company because I was harassing them!! No! I was addressing the horrible job they did. They put a huge machine on my grass but didn’t put the wood planks under the legs damaging my grass. I went outside and told them to do it. They did. They dropped huge branches, heavy end first down into my grass. I go outside and complain. They tied them to a rope and dropped them slowly. They did this once or twice and then went back to just dropping them full force. They dragged huge logs down my driveway damaging it. They threw logs on my grass and sidewalk and left it all there overnight damaging more grass. There was no clean up. They blew everything into my landscaped bushes. Branches all in my landscaping. When I complained the attorney told me those are natural areas! Like have you been to my house? They left branches on my roof and then told me, they must have already been there. Really? The boss sent me an email, the stump grinder hit something metal. He said it didn’t hurt anything but the machine. I was denied an answer when asked, “What did you hit”? I was told if I took the $1,000 off the $17,000 I spent, I would need to sign a document that I could never say anything negative about the company or would owe them $50,000! declined and still have my free speech.

Excellent workmanship. No complaint. Will use again in near future.

There were several weather related delays, but they kept me informed and updated at all times.

They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work they did. They addressed any concerns that I had before I could even ask them. Thanks Aaron.

Aaron and team were prompt and professional on the job site. I explained my needs and preferences, which allowed them to make additional recommendations. Though the work was extended a day due to rain, they thoroughly cleaned my deck, walk, driveway and street prior to leaving for the day. I was very happy with their work.

It was fine. I mean, I'm still evaluating his quote. I haven't used their services. I'm looking at a couple of other options possibly.

On time arriving and quickly and professionally removed a very large tree.  Tree was completely ground up and the chips we deposited where I asked him to put them.  Yard was raked and clean upon leaving.  Good job overall.

He answered the initial call. Made immediate arrangements to consult and bid project. Was prompt, professional and courteous. Performed job efficiently and we were well taken care in every phase of contact from initial call to end of project.

I needed a service that would do the job without using heavy equipment and that was willing to move all debris by hand to the street.  My property is small, has lots of trees and new landscaping.  It was important that the trees be removed without any harm to my property or my neighbor's property.  Aaron Capannelli, owner of 770-Tree-Guy, accomplished the task.  It was very easy to communicate with him and his office.  When the weather turned bad on my scheduled day; his office kept me up to date regarding the new schedule.  There was an issue with one sprinkler head but when I contacted Aaron about the problem, he was back in my yard fixing my sprinkler system.  I will definitely call 770-Tree-Guy again if I need to remove another tree.
