Computer Sales
The hinges on my laptop started popping out. So when my screen was open the screen was wobbly. I called warranty customer service center and they told me to pay for shipping to send it in for them to look at it but it may not be covered under my warranty. He said this problem was a sign of normal wear and tear. I haven't even had this laptop for a year and it is still under the original warranty. This is not acceptable.
