"Alpha and Omega is disappointed at the dissatisfaction of a customer that we felt was extremely satisfied. Having this project and others completed with full payment on completion is not something we are familiar with from a dissatisfied customer. As a contractor, we realize it is our burden to manage and meet expectations. Alpha and Omega removed the original cause of issue. Then completed requested services. In addition to being proactive in drainage flow the area was preserved at local code for the city but also allowed the client to safely access the street upon exit of her driveway. The BBB complaint has been duly investigated and dismissed to AOP?s satisfaction. Alpha and Omega responded to the customer?s request for additional services on several occasions and quickly made appointments that we kept. The customer gave AOP referrals after the completion of two major projects."

"Alpha and Omega is a small company that exists based on our reputation and customer satisfaction. The interactions with key personnel can be viewed in many ways but we hope it is seen as personal attention and not intimidation. Unlike larger companies where customers feel like a number we are immediately accessible during the entire process. All contracts state fully the work to be completed and the terms of the contract with full warranty. Any new project is assessed on a visual basis for the estimate and may require additional services to complete once the contracted area is exposed. No work is begun or advanced with out the approval of the customer. In many cases, we find that natural occurrences of unseen materials, unavoidable delays or previous contractors create barriers that we must surmount. Unfortunately, these setbacks carry additional charges in labor, materials and extended completion time tables. At no time is the quality of Alpha and Omega?s work compromised or less than our absolute best. Alpha and Omega?s integrity is not something to be tarnished lightly and we make every effort to protect it through continued excellence."
