We have been providing a cut above service to our clientele since 1990; we have extensive experience in concrete, masonry, decks, retaining walls, build outs, renovations, grading, roofing and stone masonry of all kinds. Our reputation speaks for itself we are accredited with the BBB with an A rating for customer satisfaction, references and insurance available upon request. removed old driveway in one day and installed new driveway the next day. Every thing looked good. About 6 months after the installation I found cracks at the top of driveway from center to street and to right side of driveway. Called and talked to owner and he said he would come out and look at it. I never heard back from him. I called and left messages at his office and never heard back from him. One day he answered the phone and said he would come out. He sent one of his employee's and this guy did not know how to fix cracks. He asked me how I wanted it done. He told me he would be back with the boss that afternoon but they never showed up. I have paper work that guarantees his work for one year and it has only been 7 months.

Alpha & Omega replaced our driveway in downtown Decatur. Not only did I receive the lowest of 3 quotes, the job was completed quickly and to a high degree of quality. I worked with the owner, Jerome Lawrence. He was very professional and responsive. I would not hesitate turning to Alpha & Omega for our next project.

They arrived early one morning and removed old driveway and got everything ready for the pour. The next day they came back and poured the concrete. they did a very professional job. I would hire again and probably will for other projects. They do plumbing, electrical and just about any job you might need.

The crew was very hard working, spent time to get it right and completed the jobs with quality results. Jerome was very knowledgeable and did much to satisfy my request. The only improvement needed is to come out to view the job in the daytime (not dark) to see the full scope of the job requirements.

Jerome designed the perfect ramp for my elderly mother who cannot walk down stairs anymore. He sensed the importance of doing the job quickly and had his crew work over the weekend. The ramp is beautiful and just what we need. His team is punctual and professional. Jerome is kind and helped me at a time when I was very stressed. They were AWESOME! They were timely, kept me informed all the way through. If any changes or issues arose they discussed it with me and did not take it upon themselves to make the decision. They adopted to my changes without conflict. They were as humble and submissive as if they were doing the work for themselves. They were honored to serve me as if I was so important to them. I never experienced that from a contractor.

I was able to quickly get on the schedule for an appointment for a free quote. The quote was the most reasonable of all three companies I called, and Jerome was very friendly, professional, and responsive. The work was scheduled for the following week and was completed in 3 days. It looks absolutely amazing! My backyard transformation was so impressive that I plan to hire him to do my front yard as well.

They didn't do the work. They had to go and I had to pay someone to finish the job and do it over. I had some damage. It was so bad, I was going to call the Better Business Bureau. I didn't get a chance to do that. They are not good. They got some labor. They were labor workers. They didn't know what they were doing. They cracked my tile in the kitchen floor. I had to redo that. I had another carpenter come in and repaint. They did a messy job. He charged me too much. I went on and paid what he said. He is just not worth recommending to anybody. He came up with the cost as $4000. But, I had to buy the materials. He overcharged me. But I had to get it done and it couldn't be left like that.

It did not go as promised. They had to come back to take care of dead grass. The water drainage that was promised was not done and to this day still has not been done. It has been hard to get the owner to respond after he was paid.

The project (JUNE 24, Grading, Landscaping and Re-sod (zoysia), transplant lirope grass at no charge) [member name removed] is referring to was performed for her mother, [member name removed], and was completed with satisfaction, after Alpha & Omega returned to the property several days to honor the 30 day warranty and replaced the under performing sod with an entire pallet of sod and additional bales of pine straw. Accordingly, [member name removed] never signed the EXTRA WORK ORDER for drainage that was discussed. Communication with [member name removed] was mostly done via email and not direct interaction. This method, while convenient is not always the most effective. We try to maintain a fluid line of communication at all times but in the bombardment of cyber debris it is easy to have a missed email. We reached out to [member name removed] on several occasions to no avail. The project was closed and no further action was required."

Jerome was extremely helpful in determining what needed to be done. All I knew was that "something" needed to be done. Jerome designed a wooden wall approximately 60 feet long, ranging in height from 3 to 4 1/2 feet with stone and slate-like steps coming down from the front of the house. The project required not only the wall and steps but fill dirt and sod.
Jerome's crew were experts at what they did. The project took about four days and the area was left immaculate. The wall and steps are beautiful. I could not be more satisfied with the results

I knew my experience with Alpha and Omega was going to be a winner from the day they came out and gave me a very competitively priced estimate for my project. During the estimate Jerome (owner) was very thorough in describing the process they use to prep the work site, pour concrete, and finish with a material of my choice whether it be flag stone or any other material I preferred. In my case, my existing patio had a flag stone overlay. The project only took two days to complete and the patio looks phenomenal! Jerome's team is made up of highly professional guys with each member extremely detailed oriented. Alpha and Omega goes above and beyond what the typical home improvement company does to provide services from initial demolition and grading using equipment to measure precise angles and slopes of the backyard to the matching the spacing of the stones to the existing patio. The cleanup process was just as perfect. All of the dirt, concrete, and debride from the project was cleaned up daily. We have had a countless number of neighbors stop by and comment on how beautiful our patio is. They also comment on how clean the process was from start to finish. This is an A+ Company and will be using again very soon!
