They are outstanding as far as veterinarians.  They will work with you on payments.  Very clean facilities and fantstically polite employees.  If a dog has special dietary needs they have it all available on site and offer coupons as well.

The staff is friendly. We had an appointment and the wait was not long. The vet was thorough looking at all my dogs needs. There were some recommendations made for the dogs teeth but overall in good health. All yearly vaccinations were given and no problems. This was a good visit. The price was okay. We went on a Thursday when vaccinations are 1/2 price and that way it is affordable for us. They also have heart worm treatments which are at good prices as well. Thank you VCA

We arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment. While I completed the required paperwork my husband was ushered into a room with the cats. The folks at the reception desk were very distracted but polite. The vet tech in the room was very friendly and obviously loved animals. She completed all of the preliminary workup on both cats before the vet came in. Dr. Nehring was the vet on duty that day, thankfully. She is very competent as opposed to her coworker, who while is a sweet man, just isn't the vet for us. Dr. Nehring examined both cats and gave them their shots. We discussed medical issues both cats were having and she promised to research them and get back with us in a few days. One of our cats had to have blood drawn and Dr. Nehring had some trouble hitting the vein even though the cat did not struggle while being restrained by the vet tech and my husband. Checkout was smooth and quick. I am just surprised that the costs have gone up significantly from last year. I will still go back as they are an AAHA vet and Dr. Nehring is very thorough.

Overall it went great!

I have always had good result from them. When my boxer died, they sent a donation to the veterinary school at the University of Georgia in my dog's name. I don't know if they do that for all customers. I will use them until the vet retires.
