The massage was mediocre, it seemed like the person was new. She did not focus on the areas I expressed were bothering me.
The mani/pedi left much to be desired! I have received better mani/pedis from the little nail places in the shopping centers! I would think a spa would do better! Then she forgot the paraffin wax and I had to keep reminding her!

It was a friendly environment. The services were all very good. There was one thing that I probably would have changed. I had a soak in a hot tub; they put that at the very end, and I would have rather had it in the beginning because I was cold through the other services. Once I had everything done like the facials and everything, I sat in the hot tub which washed off all the oils from the massages. So I would have put the services in a different order.
