They didn't use any deo. My carpet stunk like a wet dog. The tech (Jack) barely passed over the areas that needed to be done. I was treated rudely and he rushed out. He wouldn't take my check and I was forced to go to the ATM while he waited outside my house until I came back with cash (I asked if they took checks and was stated that they did) I had to hire another co. to fix what they did.
