This is a review of State Farm, Agent Ron Carter, on Columbia Road in Martinez, GA 30907.
Specific to automobile insurance, Mr. Carter and his colleagues have been very responsive with any inquiries and past claims. They respond quickly to phone and email inquiries. The office staff members are friendly and professional. When you go into the office, the staff make you feel at home, and Mr. Carter's office has a family-oriented feeling.
The rates are in line with other providers, although may be slightly higher. Rate reductions are given for accident-free, multi-line, and other discounts (such as good student discount).
