Description of Work: Condo above me had a water line break which flooded my condo for approx 6 hrs. They came out in the middle of the night to vacuum up as much water as possible from 4 rooms and left 4 dryer fans/dehumidifiers blowing for several days. They did what they could under the circumstances, but we suffered major losses.

They were able to save our floors, it took about 10 days with their system (they used equipment inside and under the house as well.) I was greatly appreciative of their QUICK response to our home and they job well done. I would use then again in a second (hopefully I will not have another crisis) if another crisis came our way.
Description of Work: my husband had trouble sleeping one evening and got up and went downstairs and heard water running, so he searched and discover our living room was flooding from the ceiling, the water was coming from a valve leak in the upstairs master bath, he woke me up and it was around 4 AM, so I called SERVPRO and they were there in less than 30 minutes and sucked out all the water and immediately put in a system that would dry out our hardwood floors in hopes of saving them as we had more than 2 to 3 inches of water in the room.
