It was two days before my 60th birthday and members of my family were expected from out of state. Lightning hit right next to my house and knocked out my A/C. I was new in the area so I didn't know who to call. I was lucky. I went to the yellow pages and looked up a dealer for my brand of A/C and chose the closest one to my home. The technician came out within 24 hours. He worked quickly, found the problem, and replaced my fan. Everything has been fine for the past two years. Cost was very reasonable. Highly satisfied and will use again.
