Deadlines were set and missed for every project. There were multiple deficiencies were brought to the contractor's attention and there was always an excuse or the reasons were blamed on the subcontractor/businesses. The bathroom mirror was custom and does not fit the length of the vanity, the wallpaper was painted over with obvious areas of where it was (this was not even thought to be fixed until brought to attention), the shower is not level- when the shower glass was installed they almost didn't due to the leveling. The subfloor was not fixed as quoted and when that was brought to the contractor's attention, instead of having the flooring company repair as originally insinuated, she started drilling a hole in the subfloor. We did not feel like the contractor was qualified to provide the services she attempted and felt deceived and lied to in the planning and executive processes of our renovation. We ended up paying the full amount for services since that was what was invoiced, despite multiple items billed either not done or not done to our standards. We really just wanted to be done with the nightmare and stress this contractor induced on us. I wanted to write this review because I know of someone else with a similar experience and I didn't want someone else to go through it, especially spending the kind of money we ended up spending.
