I own a local business and have tried to order material from here as it is close to one of our locations. The customer service I received was terrible. My salesman Kurt told me he would have materials dropped on a certain date and when the driver showed up, much of the wood was in unacceptable condition. I spoke with the driver and he called the salesman and told me that they could have it out the very next day at 8am. I asked him if he was sure as the materials would be needed for construction the next day, he said it would not be a problem. The next day at 2pm I called because I hadn’t received materials or any phone call, and was told “sorry we forgot.” I told them that was not acceptable business practice and they assured me materials would be there the Next day at 8am again. Even claimed they would send it out on their “express truck.” At 9am I called and Kurt said “I thought you cancelled.” And to top it off, they are trying to charge me $45 for the delivery of bad materials - Our office called several times yesterday to discuss our dispute regarding the invoice and was sent to the manager (Michael’s) voicemail - we still haven’t received a call back. We will stick to using Manor as their customer service, pricing and business ethics are far superior.

IF you are looking for trim, lumber, plywood, or any thing that you can get from a big box store, this should be your first and last stop when looking to purchase these goods. Their prices are more than competitive to the big box stores, (they crush those prices). These guys are knowledgeable about their products and can give you what you need. They don't try to push any products that you don't need, and will recommend products that may accomplish your goals at a cheaper price. The only downside to these guys are they are only open during the week M-F until 4:30. Great if you are a contractor but not the Do-It-Yourselfers.
