The service was great there were no problems.

The sliding glass door panels were picked up at Home Depot and brought to the house by the subcontractor, who had one associate helping him. They were only slightly delayed in beginning the job, but because there were a couple of small delays with his tools and also because he had to cut into the brick to fit the door, the overall time to complete the job was a bit long into the night. Considering that the job was essentially finished on the same day (which is what I was promised), I am not bothered too much with the extra time that it took. When he cut into the brick a lot of dust (a lot!!!) was created in the house. No provisions were made to account for this. I would have expected some cleanup on my part, but this was not what I considered reasonable. He did a good job cutting the brick and making the door fit (and he checked with me before he did the cut), I was just bothered by the the brick dust over everything in my house. Two small holes were identified in the vinyl frame of the door. They are minor, but I am still waiting to get those pieces to be replaced. Might be time to be a squeaky wheel. Overall I feel that I got a competitive price for the door, and the subcontractor did not charge extra for the extra fit work. I feel I got my money's worth (it is a Home Depot brand) and the door operates well. The Home Depot store associates were helpful and spent much time in looking at my different options, but followup is a little slow.
