Patios installed by this company started failing within months of completion. Sinking in multiple spots and holding water, pavers around the edges started falling off. The owner refused to honor the 1-year warranty. We took him to small claims court, where the judge awarded us the maximum amount of money, $15,000. 

Do not give cash money and check the company out. Please be careful. The guy that took my money, Brock Sherman Deore, I think he is the son of the company. They will not give my money back and are not responding.

Landscaper cut our cable line. He also covered up all the sprinkler heads, the main water shut-off, and the french drains. We did not discover all of this until after he left and we found the covers to the french drains thrown into the flower bed. Also did not have a rake or shovel with him and had to borrow ours. Very unprofessional. Had to call him every week to see when they were going to show up and always got the same answer - **next week**

I hired this company to replace a railroad-tie carport retaining wall that was failing due to age and leaking soil due to an infestation of moles that loosened the soil behind the wall. Brock quoted me a price and I agreed without dickering. When the workers arrived with the block to be placed, the block was not the color I had specified, but I let that go. When they started placing the blocks, I suggested they start next to an existing wall so as to get a tight fit. They ignored the request, making excuses about fitting blocks around a corner instead. They placed corrugated plastic pipe for drainage behind the wall and covered it with rock. They did not install fabric on top of the rock to prevent soil from filtering into the rock and clogging the drainage pipe. I had the fabric on hand, as I had anticipated replacing the wall myself. (I have experience with walls and drainage, but needed manpower for the job.) After a couple of rainstorms, the wall is bleeding soil and rock through the gaps left by the workers and I am losing soil behind the wall just as I was through the old wall. I requested the company come back and do some remedial work and was informed by Brock that they would not come back and if I knew so much about wall construction I should have done it myself. I paid good money for the job and am sorely disappointed in the workmanship and the lack of courteous customer service.

This is the second time we worked on a job. They gave us a fair price and excellent service. They are men of their word professional the â Tâ I plan to have them to do more work.

They are very unprofessional and the quality of their work is extremely poor. Made numerous attempts to contact them for punch-out repairs to job but after three weeks they have not responded, Please Do Not Use This Company not even to take out your trash!!!

Brock and his crew arrived on the scheduled days, on time and worked nonstop throughout the day. The job was professional. They cleaned up the job site daily. They were respectful of my neighbors and went out of their way to not disturb daily activity. I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan on having them quote on additional jobs. In fact they are now working a project at my son’s home. This is truly a full service hardscape company. I had experience in this type of work during my younger years and was truly impressed by the Ground Cover Supplies crew.

Very courteous, professional, and affordable. We will use this company again (soon). My only complaint is there was short notice of when the job would start, due largely to weather...so its a very minor complaint. Our patio looks great! The step they put in is unique and wonderful!

My gravel driveway was beginning to look pretty shabby. They scraped the driveway clean and flat and then brought in several large truckloads of gravel. They leveled it and pounded it flat. The job looks great. I highly recommend them.

He has the experience, equipment, personnel & materials to produce a professional final product. We d built our own patio years ago with pavers & had a nice patio. However, he was able to go beyond the scope of most DIYers. Good job!!

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and workmanship involved in replacing the retainer wall around my pool. The beautiful stone wall is perfect and a definite improvement over the original cross-tie wall. We worked directly with Brent and will definitely use Ground Cover Supplies, Inc. again for future projects.
