The price was paid by the builder. We built our home on very raw land and it is clay. However, the guys never flushed the plumbing lines. We had our tankless water heater plugged. We had to call out a licensed distributor to help us figure this out. The mix off in the master shower was clogged and it would not give hot water at all and it was all ice water. We have had various problems with sand and pebbles. In fact, my husband just figured out and cleared the kitchen faucet the other day. It?s a beautiful faucet. He had to pull it apart and clean the filter and stuff out so that we can get the proper water pressure to activate the heat in the tankless water heater. You have to build up a certain amount of pressure when you turn the hot water on. Any type of clog or any debris in the line will prevent proper pressure. We have water shut off valves that are failing throughout the house. They were responsible for putting the stop valve on our gas stove that we have for the grill which they didn?t do. What happened was that we were set up. We found them through a friend and found out that he was in big trouble. He just decided to go work over at another place doing QC and left the bill. He then refused to do anything about it including the builder?s warranty and everything else. I would not recommend them at all and I would definitely not use their services again.
