Our staff is experienced, knowledgeable and ready to help you with your fencing needs. We would be glad to answer any questions you might have and show you a number of options to help suit your fencing needs. We requested an estimate to have a fence installed around the perimeter of our property. The employee showed up over 30 minutes late and was in a rush from the moment he arrived. He barely seemed interested in the project at all and it was like pulling teeth to get him to answer any questions. When he did answer, it was a one or two word response and it seemed that we were annoying him. He hurriedly took measurements and told us he would send us an email quote, which we never received. Honestly, even if we HAD received a quote, probably would not have hired. I realize you may have more important or lucrative projects to work on, but why even bother showing up if you don't care or want the business in the first place?

We do our very best to provide free estimates to everyone that calls. We also do our very best to meet at the customers convenience. We don't ask that someone be home for a 4 hour period. We try and schedule specific times for their convenience. Sometimes, we run late at the previous appointment. We always call when we are running late. I remember the events from the site differently. I will only say that we work very hard to sell every job we quote. I believe we are very good at it. But we are not without fault and are always thankful for criticism that can help us be better at our jobs. Thank you for the feedback. We look forward to the opportunity to address it and get better.
