Bill Lamb withEZ Roofing and Construction made it so easy to get my roof replaced. They were fast and very proffessional. The cleaned up and left my house in better condition than when they got there. I would recommend them to anyone.

EZ Roofing and Construction inspected my roof after I experienced a leak. They found hail and wind damage and suggested that I contact my insurance company. They assisted me with the insurance company, and I was able to get my roof replaced. They were in and out in 1 1/2 days and did a perfect job of cleaning up. When they left, my house looked brand new. I would recommend them to anyone.

E-Z Roofing and Construction company, especially their manager, Richard Dey, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to work with a company that responded when I called, performed quality work, and charged a fair price. I will call them again when we eventually replace our aging roof, and I highly recommend them for any roofing job, large or small.

The first time they came out a sub contractor came out and sprayed the ceiling. That was wrong he was supposed to paint. After the paint dried I could notice spots of paint over the walls. There was a spot on the laminate floor in the foyer where he had his paint machine that was stained with paint. The driveway was left with tire tracks all over it. I called the owner and he was supposed to come out and look at the mess. I still haven't been able to get him out here.

"As far as this complaint goes, we have tried to resolve this issue on multiple occasions, our painter has been there twice for an appointment with no one home. Originally when the painter left the first time the customer walked through with the painter and said she was satisfied, however later having some small issues. We absolutely want to make every one of our customers happy, and we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction here at E-Z Roofing&Const. We have turned this file over to our Quality Control Manager who has been trying to contact homeowner and is yet to receive a call back so that we can get this matter resolved. We hope to get this matter resolved soon for all parties."

The completed the contract as stated and cleaned up the area very well. The protected the shrubs and landscape. They helped with the insurance claim which paid for 2/3 of the cost, I paid for the upgrades for ridge vents and best quality shingles. NOTE: Ridge vent installation does make a mess in the attic but improves attic ventilation. State Farm Insurance was great with their timely support and payment.

Skip & Tammy were great. They handled everything with my HOI. The only thing I had to do was select my shingle type & color.
Customer service was outstanding - crew was timely, efficient, and I had no mess to clean when they were finished. Very pleased with the service from beginning to end.

they removed and replaced half of my roof in one afternoon. they came back the next day and finished the job. they
cleaned up the project very well and did not waste amy time. their project manager jason green was very professional.

The experience from the time that Richard rang my door until the crew cleaned my driveway was awesome. Richard is very knowledgeable about roof damage and roofing in general. I felt that he was being fair and honest. I never worried about being ripped off. He kept in constant contact and checked on the roof progress daily. I thank EZ for having a person like Richard represent them. I had been contacted by other roof companies, but EZ was my choice because of how they were represented.

Crew did a great job on the roof. They showed up very early and didn't stop on day 1 until almost dark. Completed the job on the 2nd day after about 3 hours.

What a great experience! Everything from the initial inspection to the follow-up after the work was easy. Skip treated my wife and I as friends throughout the process. There were delays due to the weather and Skip made sure to stay in touch to provide us with updates. The crew was awesome. They completed the job in one day and even made a couple of repairs to some bad boards on my house- very professional. After the work was complete, Skip stopped to check our property for debris and made sure it was clean and conducted a quality-control inspection. We were extremely satisfied with the work and especially the way we were treated. I would definitely use EZ Roofing again.

Skip, the project manager, was outstanding. He made every effort to provide me with quality service while keeping my costs to an absolute minimum. The crew was also very professional and did a quality job. They also cleaned up all debris and were very careful not to damage any shrubs or outlying structures.

The overall experience was GOOD. E-Z Roofing was at my house on time when they said they would start the work. It took a little longer to finish my roof than was anticipated, but this was of no fault to E-Z Roofing. That week here in Martinez we experienced a lot of rain that halted the crews work. I was impressed that the crew waited the rain out to get as much work done as they could. My wife had some minor issues with the cosmetics after the work was done, but Nate Wolfe, our consultant, addressed those issues promptly and got them taken care of. All in all it was a good experience with EZ Roofing and I would recommend these guys to a friend.

It went well. The roofers finished in 1 day. The roofers left some nails in the yard but Taylor Eason of E-Z roofing went behind them and gathered up any nails left over.

With any roofer carefully walk the driveway and walks for the loose nails... even with magnets and good clean-up a number of nails were found.

The work was done in two days. The ridge vent was not installed completely and had to be repaired. One section was filled up with shinges and talked their way out doing it by reducing the bill by $100.

"E-Z Roofing & Construction, LLC. does provide estimates for roofs, unless it is a insurance job, in which case we do the work for what the insurance company pays and the responsibility to the homeowner is the deductible which is stated on our contracts before we will meet any insurance company. We explain the process to the homeowner and only go forward with the project after ar the homeowner has agreed and signed the contract. We try to provide excellent customer service, and assistance with the insurance company to make the process as easy for the homeowner as possible. In this case, the only reason for the job taking longer to finish was waiting for insurance company to cover the additional shingles needed to complete the project. In this matter, the insurance company did not pay for the ridge vent in question, as to why we didn't install. Any additional upgrades are the customers' resonsibility to pay, which is also stated on the contract. We try our very best to insure the happiness of all our customers,but unfortunatly we cant just give upgrades out for free."
