I am a real estate agent in GA & SC. Every time I have needed a home inspection for one of my buyers and have called Brad to perform this service, he has been very quick to respond. He is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him to potential home buyers and other real estate agents.

Regarding the house we were selling, we used him when we bought the house and 8 years later, the people buying the house used him. When we used him he missed plumbing drain lines that were not even connected and in plain view. He also did not write up a number of things that he DID write up 8 years later. On these items, nothing had changed, yet I had to get them fixed when I could have had them fixed at no cost to myself if he had written them up when we first bought the house. In addition, when we bought the house, the roof was old and he wrote nothing up on it. We also had to replace the HVAC system within a year of buying the house and he didn't notice that, either. In addition, we just had the roof replaced and he wrote up three issues just on the roof, less than two weeks after it had been completely replaced. He is inconsistent and we have gotten the wrong end of his inconsistency.
Regarding the house we just bought, he failed to notice a major issue with water pressure, completely unforgivable. We found out quickly enough when we moved in, but he missed it. DO NOT waste your money on this clown.
