We had 3 homes with issues. Our cottage needed french drain, sump pump, dehumidifier, power wired, and encapsulation. The Farm house needed encapsulation and dehumidifier & wired power. Finally our main home needed floor jacks and the old piers removed. These folks went out of their way to do meticulous work on 3 very different problem sets. High attention to detail, and completed work in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves. Also their prices can't be beat, and you are not compromising in service. 100% will recommend them to anyone, the other quotes I got had less scope of work and bids were at least double the cost. Note the said our main home didn't need encapsulation or dehumidifier, used tools that penetrated our beams vice regular air detection tools. This saved us a good 15K on the work as our main home is the largest. Honest, detailed and great communication.

Very professional and did AWESOME work. Did it in the time they stated and left the area clean. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Technician came out, started the work and before I knew it he was finished. I had a new sump pump installed and drainage line put in. The job area was left in a better than found condition, in regards to neatness and Cleanliness. You could not even tell that any work was ever done, with regards to installing and covering up the drain line. I would highly recommend these guys for any crawl space work you need.

We've used Crawlspace Medic of Augusta for a couple of our properties now and the team that comes out to do the install are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After the work is complete, they clean up their area and explain what they did, warranties, & filter replacement. We will continue to use Kevin's company for our future projects. Crawlspace Medic - Augusta recently worked on our crawlspace. We were having moisture and water issues, a moisture barrier we previously put in had almost disintegrated, and originally-installed insulation was falling down. Kevin did a thorough inspection and gave me a comprehensive estimate, and his crew arrived timely and went right to work. They constructed a French drain within the crawlspace to drain off any water that would collect under the house, installed new insulation between all floor joists in the crawlspace, and installed a new, white 10-mil vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace. They taped over the seams and spiked the vapor barrier. We had previously installed an exhaust fan. They cleaned up the debris, and the crawlspace looks better than it ever has since we built our home in 1996. They worked continuously and did an excellent job. Tanner was very conscientious and came back to finish up. We are very pleased with the work they did on our home and feel so much better and secure about our crawlspace.
