Clear View Auto Glass

I was told to just come whenever, but I caught them at a bad time as they were out when I arrived. I had to wait about a half hour to get the windshield work started. They were good. Said they could stop it from propagating, but the mark would still be there. It was fun watching them do their magic. It only took about 20 minutes. Fascinating stuff.

They were looking out for my best interest. They were great and very personable. I called the dealership to get an estimate and was referred to them for service. I called to get an estimate on 05/02/14. I was able to get an estimate and they were able to order the glass for me, but because of the time the glass would not be in until Monday. So I scheduled an appt for Tuesday. The office called on Tuesday and the gentleman who would be working on the car was out due to injury. The office stated that they would be able to get to it on Wednesday which was ok. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and the office called back at about 2:00 stating that they were unable to place the glass in because it was scratched. I was upset but grateful at the same time. Most company's would have just placed the glass in but this company has pride in their work. They reordered the glass and I returned the next day for them to complete the job. I really enjoyed the service and would definitely recommend them to others, which I have already done.

We thought the window broke when it dropped down, but it was just a cable that broke. The weather was bad and I needed my vehicle repaired quickly for work. I called the number listed at 9pm at night and he answered. He explained that he could get the work done the next day. I took it in at 8am and it was completed quickly and in a very timely matter. He was very helpful as well as the office staff. They couldn't have been any nicer.

I called to confirm Saturday hours and get a guesstimate on the work. Took it in Saturday and was out forty minutes. The mirrors are mounted. Having my huge old mirror cut into two large mirrors saved me a mint. Well worth $40

They showed up on time and were very professional. They were nice and polite even though it was about 30 degrees outside. Removed the broken window and all the glass that had fallen into the truck. After the new window was installed all trashed was cleaned up and taken away. They did a final walk around to check for any damages and answered all my questions.

They were very nice, but after about 3 or 4 days they couldn't get a windshield that would fit our car. They couldn't get it aftermarket, they had to get it right from the company, but our insurance company wouldn't pay for that. They were very responsive at first, but they kept putting us off and they gave us the run around. We used another company and they came out the next day and put in an aftermarket windshield with no problem.
