Complete job was to take 3 days and it ended up taking almost a month. This was a vacant house I was fixing up to sell, so they had complete access at any time to the house. They tore up the wood flooring and installed the new wood flooring running in the complete opposite direction. The carpet installation was also done in poor quality. The edges come up and you can see the seams and edges. My sales lady appologized for the amount of time this took, but she admitted to me they kept putting my job on hold and pulling the workers to work on bigger and higher dollar jobs.

They were excellent. They were really fast and professional. When we first used their service three years ago for carpet, we were really happy with their price so we used them again. Their price has increased, but they honored the price we paid three years ago.
