I am happy with the work done.  They built a bathroom counter and storage unit and a bathtub enclosure.

When we first moved to our home in Evans, we replaced the tile flooring with wood.  Marc Carpenter and the men who work for him worked day and night (even on the weekend) to make sure it was completed before our move-in day. 
The kitchen reno went as smoothly as a kitchen reno can go.  He is always careful to cover wood floors, protect surfaces, and seal off rooms to minimize dust (which I very much appreciate).  And he always makes sure that the workers clean up daily.  There were a few glitches with the cabinets (which were "subbed" out to Wrens Cabinets).  But Marc made sure that the problems were resolved, and  the overall result was very satisfactory.
Marc Carpenter is a man of integrity and honesty and will promptly follow through on any problems.  He has overseen several large and small projects for me; and I have always been very happy with the end result.  I would definitely highly recommend him and would use this company again.

I couldn't have been happier. Marc billed what he quoted. No surprises. The project lasted nearly two months, so we got to know his crew pretty well. They took care of the small details after the major portion of the project was over. A 100% complete job. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We absolutely love the result. I have no hesitation recommending Marc Carpenter.

I contacted the company in the middle of March to come out and give me an estimate of the repairs. Mr. Carpenter came out and evaluated the damage. The damage on one side of my house was very high off the ground and I was impressed that Mr. Carpenter was concerned about his staff enough to consult them to make sure there were no concerns about performing the work (for safety issues) before deciding if he could quote it. He explained where there might be additional charges if damage was more extensive than he could see, but was able to quote me a reasonable flat rate for the additional work that might be needed.
Once I notified the company that I wanted them to perform the work, it took a little while to get the work scheduled. This was the only disappointing part of my experience with the company. I had needed the work performed quickly as my housing association had only given me a short deadline to get the work completed. However, in the company's defense, this was an unusually busy time to request home repairs because our area had suffered a great deal of damage due to a recent (and uncharacteristic for our area) ice storm. All companies that I contacted for repair estimates during this time were completely swamped and Carpenter's were the most responsive. I notified them to schedule work on 4/2/2014 and they performed the service on 4/25/2014.
They came out and completed the services in one day. I wasn't home when they completed the repairs, but as soon as I came home I inspected the work and was extremely pleased with the results. The workmanship was excellent from what I could see (all of the work was too high off the ground for me to perform an upclose inspection) and there was no evidence left lying around to indicate anyone had even been there working on the place. Mr. Carpenter called that evening to follow up and make sure the work was acceptable. He honestly informed me that the additional work had not been required so I would not be charged the additional charges.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely consider them again for any future home repairs.

Contractor was responsive in giving an estimate, but we were not sure if he was going to show up to do work. After several weeks, contractor called to make appointment to do work. Appointment was kept and work was performed to out satisfaction. Also, contractor adjusted price when he discovered work on thermostat was not as extensive as he thought. Very satisified.

Carpenters has always been my first choice in additions, repairs, and advice because the company owners live out, and run their business according to, their belief in Jesus Christ. The response is always quick, the quality of work is excellent and I am always dealt with honestly and fairly. If the project is beyond their scope of expertise, Carpenters always gives me the name of someone whom they trust - and I have never had any issue with any company/person they have recommended. Even though their prices may be slightly higher than some bigger companies the price is worth the integrity and quality in which they operate their business and carry out their lives. They are my first choice for all home repair!

He was very reliable. He showed up when he promised and did the work as he promised. He also checked the roof for further damage.

We liked them. We have used a couple of different times. The other time we used them was a long ago, I don't even remember. We know the owner of the company. They were quick. They got the job done. Overall experience was very good. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. We would use them in the future.

They're great about giving estimates; they are right on target. They're on time and they do a good job. They clean up well; a lot of builders leave a mess. They have a wide scope of services from small to large. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for. However, they're competitive.

It went well, they started on time and was quick to get the floor up and the new subfloor down. The project was done in about 3 days. At the time of our project they did not paint walls, woodwork etc, we had to do that, but the work they did looked good and was done quickly. They may now do painting, this I do not know.

The price was fine and we thought it was competitive. We have some work to be done and we will use them again in the future.
