This is a great dealership. They have sold us two (2) BMW X3's. The prices are fair. There service is awesome. Very responsive and they give a loaner car to you with out any issues. The sales staff is very professional. The Service team is professional, very good and will answer all your questions. We strongly recommend them.

I've used Taylor BMW for all my service since purchasing a used BMW from the Greenville, SC CARMAX dealer. I'm generally very pleased with their service and professionalism. Generally everything is done right the first time and I have had no significant issues. My only peeve is for a 4-wheel alignment soon after I purchased the vehicle in 2010 and the steering wheel is not at a neurtral/flat angle and for the price paid it should have been perfectly levelled.
Getting an appointment that fits my schedule is easy and the service reps, Rocky and Brian are very personable. Using dealer servicce is generally more expensive than 3rd party sevice, but hopefully everything will be done correctly the first time and most parts and such should be in stock (so no delays etc.). Overall, I'm pleased with their service and continue to patronize them.is
