Ground crew installers great to deal with - above and beyond. Lousy sales services and terrible manufacturing on the windows. Ordered with a half screen - or told what we wanted (also come without handles to open). Came in without screens. Screens to be paid for separately - came in weeks later. Several dented at install and several do not fit - large gaps - no use as screens, therefore. I'd only recommend if they get windows made by someone who knows what they are doing. Another shoddy American made job here.

We needed to replace two french patio doors. We looked at the big box
stores and inquired about purchasing these doors from them but because
they were not standard size 66 x 84, we were told that they would be
special order and cost around $1000 per door. We looked around and
found Augusta Sash and Door. Thinking the price would be over $1000
per door, we were pleasantly surprised that the cost was approximately
$750 per door for custom composite doors with Low-E. To get the same
doors at the box stores would cost even more for composite and Low-E.
We bought and loved the doors so much, that when it came time
to replace the windows for the house, we went straight back to them to
get the composite double hung windows at a fair price per window. When
comparing the cost and function of composite windows to wood and steel
windows, you could not beat the price. I would highly recommend that
