I could not speak more highly of Augusta Fencing, LLC. The owner of the concern was extremely professional, punctual, and the workmanship was unsurpassed. I would highly recommend and plan to use their services again in the near future.

Hired Augusta Fencing to do a fence around our back yard. After a few delays for weather (understandable) they finally came out. The first day they said they would be at our house at 8:00am they didn’t end up showing up till 3:00pm. The materials arrived around 1:00. I was told the crew that showed up should get most of the posts set that day. They got less then a third of them done and left a couple hours after arriving. The next day the crew arrived around 8:30 got the rest of the posts done and a few rails up 2:30. The out of nowhere packed up and left to apparently go to an emergency call. They came back less then an hour later. They got most of the fence done that day. The supervisor Bruce had to come back out and reverse the gate they put on backwards and fix a pipe they hit. Even after the supervisor came back out the yard was still left a mess piles of dirt and rocks all along the fence. Some dirt shove in the middle of the fence. Also found several nails laying in the yard where the children could have gotten to them. In addition to all of this they left a mess on my neighbors side of the fence. The fence seems sturdy enough but the quality checking and follow through on commitments to clean up their mess is pretty terrible.

It has been 20 months since fence installed and never have had the gate work properly. In the past 5 months have left countless phone messages without any followup. All because they put a non-marine grade lock outdoor and it rusted shut. Also, had another section of the gate fall off hinges and found only one screw was used in main gate! Now trying to get another fence company to repair their mistake. Terrible customer service! Would never use or recommend.

My wife contacted Marcus about installing an aluminum fence around our back yard. He came to our house and walked off the area and marked off the lines and the gate placement. He measured the distances and gave us a price. We were impressed with his professional attitude and agreed to the purchase. The materials arrived and his workers came and installed the fence and three gates one afternoon. The work was impressive. The fence lines were straight as an arrow and when they finished you would not have known anyone had been there. There was no dirt residue and the lawn was not disturbed in any way. The remaining materials were were picked up the following day. I cannot exaggerate how happy we were with the fence and the installation. It was a great experience doing business with Marcus. Excellent work done by William! Quality work and very customer-oriented. Good on delivering what is promised on a timely basis. We are bringing them back to do more work for us. Previously they installed wooden horse fencing for both our pastures--excellent job!

It went well. Although job was done well, and on time. I found it frustrating that I could not communicate with the workers, but they had an English speaking supervisor that I was able to communicate with when I had questions as the job progressed, however, he wasn't present at all times, so when I had a question, I had to call Marcus, who then had to call his Supervisor, who then would come out and answer my question(s). I realize he probably had alot of crews going at once, and had to travel between jobs, so in that respect, communication went well and always had a quick response. All in all, they installed a beautiful new roof! Was very happy in the end.

Went well..The only thing I have a issue with was, when the company sent a person to my home to collect the payment for worked performed. They did it at 0600 in the morning..They kept coming back until we answered the door..Was not prepared for someone that early knocking on my door for money..I asked the crew the day they finished work, do I pay you now..No he said..The office will contact you tomorrow..I said ok..Well he did not say someone will be at your door at 0600 for payment..Just seemed weired to me that someone does business that way..

I spoke with owner of HBC Builders, Marcus Peterson, by phone on or about Dec. 10, 2013 about constructing a concrete driveway apron, at which time we discussed price and a construction date. On Dec. 14, 2013, Mr. Peterson and his concrete sub-contractor came to the site and the three of us discussed how the concrete should be poured. Very specific instructions were given that the finished grade (top of slab) would be level with the existing grade (top of the ground). This was not done. When I asked about welded wire fabric reinforcing, I was assure that the "new fiber reinforced concrete" did not need WWF, therefore it was not placed in the slab. As a consequence, the side of the slab is broken in one place where a delivery truck drove over it. Because the site is on the high side of a curve, an additional instruction given was that there should be a 12 inch wide strip of concrete adjacent to the roadway. This was not done. The result is that the end points of the concrete on both sides of the driveway are now cracked and are breaking due to high speed traffic edging off the asphalt. Again, as the site is on the high side of the roadway, an unnecessary "lip", a one inch edge, was left at the place where the concrete joins the asphalt. The concrete was supposed to be dyed (an additional expense) after the concrete cured for a month. As of this date, October 28, 2014, there has been no dye applied.

We sold our house and I had accidentally put a hole in our sheet rock
from where a hospital bed went into the bedroom wall. I wanted the
bedroom wall to look good as new so I called HBC Builders and spoke to
Marcus Peterson. William came out and made the wall look brand new!
William took the time to show me what he was doing to the wall to repair
it while he worked. I have used HBC Builders in the past and you can
read that review as well. I called Marcus immediately because it is
hard in this day and age to find a man good for his word. That man is
Marcus Peterson. If he says it will be done right and make you happy,
he will do so. He is extremely professional and courteous.

If any problems arose during the construction of the new wood fence all I had to do was make a phone call to Marcus and he responded quickly. Marcus made sure we were happy with the end results guaranteeing our satisfaction. We are very satisfied. It was so nice to work with Marcus because he genuinely cares about his customers!

These guys are on point. I had no headaches with them. They were there when they said they would be there. They have really good customer service, they cater to their customers. I really had a good experience with them. They even gave my son and daughter a gift of pouring a patch of concrete so they could play basketball on.

They came graded my driveway put the rock in and paved it it looks very good and very neat after they where finished they cleaned everything up and took it all away it was like they where never there.
