Remove my garbage once a week.

They never picked up my recycling, even though they were suppose to. I had to call them every morning for 6 weeks to remind them to pick up my trash. I finally got tired of calling daily to remind them to do their job. The last time I called them they accused me of never paying my bill, which by the way, I never received. They got snippy with me. I called the next day to terminate service, and come to find out by talking to that person, that my bill was not late. They still managed to get my trash, but I was paying for them to pick up trash and recycling, so they were only doing half their job.

The garbage cart was delivered on time, but then we were missed for the first FOUR pick-ups. We called each time and were assured that the situation was resolved. They did credit our account for the missed pick-ups and sent a representative to our home to investigate why this was happening. We never really got a response as to how we were being missed (our home is in the center of the cul de sac and we placed our bin 3 feet away from another customer whose bin WAS picked up). The issue was resolved after they sent their representative, and now our garbage is picked up with everyone else's.
