Joey the owner was very Professional.  He fixed the problem that has been plaguing our AC for a long time.  He also offers a service contract that involves coming out and doing regular maintenance.  I don't want to be without the AC again in this 90+ degree weather again.

They are very knowledgeable and they do above great work for the area. When you have a problem, they are very responsive and they work hard to get out quickly.

I do know that they sent a thank you letter for us using their service. The guy was above and beyond in a good way.

It went fine but they were late the first time they came. They were very professional once they got here. The price was what they quoted. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They did the work this summer and I had to call them back after the first time I turned on my furnace. They were very concerned and promptly came back and told me what to do if it happened again.

Great experience. The crew that arrived on site quickly identified the problems. They did not have all the parts in the van. And after a 2 minute call determined the parts were not at the main office and had them on next-day order from Atlanta. I was able to schedule an install appointment with the crew. They arrived at the agreed time and quickly replaced the damaged parts.

They seem to be effective, but their price was a bit high. I would not use them again.

Company rep returned my call almost immediately. I was moved to the top of the list since I had no air at all, even though there were no service calls listed that day for my area. They were prompt and professional, expertly explaining what needed to be done, what parts would be required, and why the work should be done. Rep also explained potential future problems I may have and suggested solutions, complete with how the company may be able to help with financing. He did not force the solutions on me, or present them in a manner that put me in a panic. The work performed was thorough, complete, and expedient. He also pointed out pest problems that may be present based on what he observed why in the crawl space. A call to my exterminator proved worthwhile, even though there were no active tracks found. I really appreciated the courteous and concerned given and the time the rep took to explain the work being done, why it was necessary, and what caused the breakdown.
