Poor Workmanship / Poor customer service 1 "Liner: Does not fit to pool deck corner. - Poor workmanship, the liner should have been stretched to fit the pool or the liner was cut using the wrong dimensions" 2 "Cement: Cracks in cement slab. - Poor workmanship, numerous cracks in the cement slab" 3 Cement: Poor workmanship at cement slab on poolside. 4 "Pool Light: Covered by workers. Light seen by Technician. Electric cord left. At time of initial pool inspection, Owner could not see the light. Michael added a New Light Clause to contract but agreed to use the original light. - Pool had a light, the light was covered but the electrical connection was left. " 5 "Polaris Pump: Pump removed & never returned. Pipe for Polaris installed. Pump needs to be connected to electrical outlet. - the pump was removed but the pipes left " 6 Handrail: At time of contract signing, Owner committed to installing handrail. 7 "Used equipment - No Documentation: Inline chlorinator, Filter, pump & liner documentation & warranty cards needed. - No warranty provided, no proof that equipment is new. " 8 Bubbler: Needed for end of pool & Polaris outlet. Wonder why grey bubbler installed? 9 Sprinkler: In ground sprinklers around pool removed. 10 "Liner: pool not sealed. On Sept 3, the pool tech left water running over night. The water 'bubbled' under the liner in Deck corner - worried about liner floating. Water leaked under the concert slabs. - Poor workmen ship, water flows under the cement slab, potential destabilizing the foundation or the pool. " 11 "Incorrect electrical breaker installed. One Pole Circuit Breaker installed. Recommendation from Pentair authorized dealer that a 2 Pole GFCI Circuit Breaker should be used. Is this the cause of Pump read out : ERR 0021? "

I have been using ASP since I bought my house in Grovetown about a year and a half ago.  Shortly after moving in the pool began leaking badly and the liner had to be replaced.  They did an EXCELLENT job replacing the liner.  However, what really impresses me about this company is their customer service.  The two guys that have regularly done my weekly maintenance have gone above and beyond what I expect from them.  One of them patched up my fence gate that was falling apart without even being asked or charging me.  When I forgot to drip my faucets before a spell of below freezing temps, they did it for me!  If I call them with a question or concern, they respond right away and will often take care of whatever the issue is immediately.  These are just a few examples of how the people who work at ASP are more like family then a pool company.  I would not use any other company in Augusta.

The service went well with the exception of two issues. The first one was one of the techs did not come out on the scheduled day. I called the owner and immediately someone was dispatched to install the pump. However, the person they dispatched installed it incorrectly so many of the features did not work. I called again, and the following day he sent another tech to correct the work and it now works beautifully.
I know mistakes happen as they do in my field. What makes ASP great, is there responsiveness to make things right when an occasional thing goes wrong. Their customer service is top notch. 
I wish I could give them As for quality and punctuality. I would certainly give them an A- for quality.
I will definitely use them for future work.

They did a great job of maintaining my pool. The motor went out on the pump while I was out of town and when I called they were very responsive and replaced it in a timely manner. Whenever I have had a question, Jeff was quickly there to answer it for me.

I highly recommend this company.

1st call  very impressed because he at first said appointment would have been in couple day but then he was at a job close to my home and came  15-20 minutes after I spoke with him. he gave a free estimate that was "AWESOME' where other companies were wanting to charge $85 and above to come out  and appoint would be weeks out, he also gave us options and submitted an email same day of cost of each option the only thing that I was wavered by was that I had to call several times to confirm time and day of work BUT that worked itself out because the customer service was and quickness of install was great and hassle free !!!!!! we will be using him for all of our pool needs that 1st impression does it all we are happy, happy, happy!

I am very pleased with the service from ASP/Augusta.  Our pool was neglected when we moved in....we called and they were out immediately. The pool and spa are sparkling now.  They checked on the pool on non- scheduled days during the extreme weather we have been experiencing this winter.  Reliable, prompt & friendly. Very thorough in the cleaning of the pool.
