I used another company and they could not get the bugs out of my kitchen, so after quite a few months of the O company I called Arrow and they got rid or the problem

The technician was very polite and did not bash the other company even though I probably did. That was very professional and showed he had confidence in his work.

One of the first things that the technician commented on was that "there is no education going on in the schools anymore". Since I am a teacher, and have firsthand knowledge of the level of education going on now and 20 years ago, this comment did not sit well with me. This type of comment is not professional, even if the technician had some basis on which to make an opinion of this type.

On March 28, I received a call from Danny the inspector saying he can't make it and I need to reschedule.  I told him that was not acceptable.  I then called Arrow and was told they did not know why he could not make the appointment.  I asked to speak to the owner who was not present. About 10 minutes later Danny shows up and seemed irritated, he said he was here to do the inspection. After 10 minutes he returns, this time also includes 5 minutes to change in and out of his overalls.  I asked him why so quick, his reply was it does not take long to inspect.  Note, there were issues from the previous inspection that were not completed yet this was not caught by Danny. Other inspections included the garage and attic and normally take about 45 minutes. I was also told by the person answering the phone that Arrow had lost a lot of their inspectors. There was even another time where I had Two Inspectors, one was an hour early and the other came an hour late. 



As as a side remark I had used Arrow for my in house pest control and they did a good jib with flees, but cockroaches they couldn't.  After cancelling and using off the shelf product, no more cockroaches.

Someone came out and gave us a free estimate of cost to install termite bait traps. Came out at a later date to install the bait traps. Process was quick and no debris left behind.

Randy,the technician, was professional and punctual as always.
The company and particularly Heather is very responsive to customers concerns. I was initially not satisfied with the results of their efforts and one call to Heather solved the problem by a return visit as well as follow up calls. 
I have also purchased their Termite protection service and again am satisfied with price and installation as well as the tech performing the service. 
I would recommend Arrow to anyone seeking a quality and fairly priced extermination service.

The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Agent explained what he was going to do and what we would expect to see.  They were quick to return when we called.

They did a good job.  Everything was clean when they left to the point we hardly knew they were ever here.  The price was fair.  They were very professional and polite.

The Arrow employee showed up on time to spray the exterior of our house and the interior of our house. In the past, the spraying has seemed to be weaker, but it has improved lately. All of their staff members are very courteous and professional.

With the coupon from Angie's list the installation was competitive with other providers, the annual maintenance will be a bit higher but worth it for environmental reasons. They were very professional and prompt. They showed up on time for the estimate and treatment, their office was easy to deal with and courteous.  Installation went smoothly and they explained the process clearly.

I have recommended them.  They're down to earth and professional.

They are fine. They do pest control, and they are good about calling before coming out.  They are straight forward with the invoicing.  Their communication is very good, and the services seem to work. Sometimes roaches come in, but overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

Arrow Exterminators services my home for pest control every three months. The price is very good compared to other companies in our area. I am set up on an annual payment plan with them. I am pleased with the work they do and I will continue to use them.

The exterminator was very friendly and informative (I'm new to the area and unfamiliar with Georgia's critters). He arrived on time and was quick and efficient. He also told me about the mosquito treatment they offer, which we will be getting soon. The staff at the office was super friendly as well. Their prices are competitive- they're about the same as any other company I've looked into. The customer service and friendly staff is what sold me on this company. I'll recommend them to everyone!

They bill you once a year. They come for the service and then leave a little note under the door to let you know that they were there. They provide a work bond and guarantee that you won't have termites, and if you do, they will repair it. My experience with them has been very good except that we did have termites in a window sill. They opted to repair the side instead of replacing the window sill and the window sill is starting to show where the repair was done. The house was only about four years old at the time and so I am probably going to call them back and let them know that it is starting to show again and give them the opportunity to fix it. Termites are a big problem in the South and you are kind of stuck with a company because, if you want to change companies and have had termites, you can't get a bond.

We have the Sentricon system with them.  They come out quarterly and we pay them quarterly.  We are pleased with their service.

They were very professional and came out exactly at the time they said and took care of all the problems. They did mess up the billing; when they sent the bill, it was a little bit higher than it was supposed to be.

I like that they will knock on my door to let me know that they are there and ask if I have any questions. If I am not home they will leave a card saying they have been there.
