Ben showed up exactly when he said he would and he and his team began work in earnest.  They were thorough and showed extreme attention to detail. They worked carefully and efficiently to complete the job they were hired to do with no supervision needed by us. My husband did hang around quite a bit, but he always does when he is paying someone to do a job for us. No worries though as we both could not be happier with the way the team handled things. Ben was careful to point out anything of note he found that needed our attention. He answered all of our questions and showed us pics of our ducts explaining the layout of our system. This is an extremely professional outfit and we would highly recommend them to anyone without one single reservation! Excellent job completed with quality and diligence... two thumbs up!!!

My dryer has been taking an extremely long amount of time to dry towels and so after doing some online research, I found that I needed to probably have my dryer vent cleaned out. Ben made suggestions for me to try to clean it out myself, but when he found out I had never had it cleaned I should probably have it done. I could never have done this myself-th is why a professional should be called in. This cleanup probably prevented damage to my dryer or a dryer vent fire. This company was professional, courteous and I would definitely use them again.

Ben Darlington (Owner) called the day before to confirm appointment. Arrived on time and surveyed to locate system vents, explaining, as we toured, what they would do and how they would do it. We had cleared all breakable items prior to his arrival and they moved furniture away from vents as needed. They began cleaning and came to us several times during the process with pictures and descriptions of system issues they had identified, along with the potential impacts and ranges of corrections for the issues. (We had no prior knowledge of any of these issues - some of which had been there since the house was built 23 years ago)They made no suggestions of vendors to correct the situations. We called our own heating and air contractor and he came to the house while they were here, toured and discussed the issues with Ben.



They were very courteous and we appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness. They did an excellent job and the price was less than Ben had quoted when we first spoke with him. We will definitely use them again in 5 to 7 years to do this again.

The company called a day before to discuss the effects of weather on their ability to do the job, because it was supposed to rain. I hadn't considered the weather so it was nice to get the call. It didn't rain and they were able to come out and explained everything beforehand and afterwards. They were professional and clean. The price was as discussed before the job.

They were careful, worked quickly and worked hard during the entire process. They answered all my questions. I highly reccommend them! They did a far superior job; way above and beyond what a previous company had done for us 12 years ago.

The contractor was punctual, and when he thought he might have been late I received a phone call with a new estimated time. The work was very efficient and top quality. Did cause two leaks in the PVC drain pipe, but it was more due to the age of the pipe. However, they immediately repaired and I have not had any problems. Will use them to clean other system.
