My cats tend to be shy, so they don't take full advantage of the 30-minute visits when the sitter offers playtime and cuddles in addition to cleaning up and feeding them. But they were relaxed and happy when I got home, with no signs of anxiety or distress during my absence. The sitters send texts almost every day to report on pet health/behavior and any concerns; they also send snapshots, which let me see how the cats are doing. Their booking and billing services are smooth, and they have never let me down. Such a relief as I do not have a support network of acquaintances who could do this care informally. I highly recommend A+ Pets and Plants for petsitting service in the Evans/Martinez area!

I have used A+ for over 10 years. I would not trust anybody but Debbie and her team. They are well organized, dependable and trust worthy.They keep you well informed with pictures and texts. And the bonus is that they are reasonable. They will also get your newspaper ,mail and water your plants. Rated A+++++++++++++

Absolutely thrilled with A+ Pets & Plants! Teresa (Terri C) has been an absolute godsend. Our fur babies adore her. I am completely at ease knowing that A+ is taking care of them when needed. 5 stars all the way around!

My pet sitter did an awesome job taking care of my big girls (adult chickens) as well as my babies. Since the chickens and chicks were separated because of their size and age difference, they required more detailed attention. My pet sitter met me before my 9-day vacation to run through the pet care routine, and I never worried about them while I was was away from them. In fact, my pet sitter was kind enough to text me every day to assure me my pets were fine but "missing me." (lol) They loved her and followed her around the chicken run. Everyone was safe and healthy when I got home. I've used A+ Pet and Plants at least 4 times now, and they have never let me down. I trust them more than my own family to take care of my beloved pets.

A+ Pets and Plants is truly an A+ operation! Our Petsitter went above and beyond to reassure us that all was well with Julie our dog, including pictures of her. They leave a detailed record of every visit they make. Very professional. Would not consider using someone else!

So this is like the fourth time we have used these folks and I was sad when the first person used was unavailable. Who could be as good?! All of them! Excellent standards! Sent questions the first day because we changed up protocols since the first time we used them. Obviously they had read the previous protocol! We were texted and asked about the changes! Each is different and awesome in their own way! Able to care for a rescue with numerous issues. No problem. Sent pictures...oh the sweetness! Such peace of mind!

They have the most thorough staff. Not only did they take good care of our pets & plants, but they also inspected the house and reported anything unusual. I feel totally confident in their care. We received text updated daily. Our mail was brought in and our garbage put by the curb. Any pet accidents were immediately cleaned up. I highly recommend their services.

Wonderful! My dogs love their visits. They were let out at the time I requested. The pups love to play frisbee. So they got some exercise and were very happy pups when I got back home. Highly recommend and trust!

Cameron provided us with daily text updates & even sent photos of our pets. The office staff called us about possible wind damage coming to the area as a result of hurricane Florence. Couldn't ask for better folks.

They were fantastic. Received an update daily on the pets, including pictures. It was so much less stressful for the pets to stay at home, and they were immediately well adjusted when we returned. The people at A+ went above and beyond and we appreciate the service and care they provided.

Excellent. They visit every day and feed, water and clean litter boxes. They bring in the mail. They spend time petting and cuddling our pets. They even took one to the vet while we were on our honeymoon so she didn't have to wait for us to come home.

A+ Pets and Plants has been looking after my Golden since he was a puppy (almost 3 years). I have nothing but positive things to say! I have had several different sitters, and they all treat Finn just like I would. They leave thoughtful notes, and don't hesitate to contact me if something requires my attention. They've been more than accommodating the handful of times that Finn has been sick. One time he got sick while I was away and the owner actually came to help the sitter clean up... when I arrived at home it was as though nothing had happened! They always get back to me quickly, and have always been willing to accommodate last minute changes or short notice visits. I recommend them to all of my pet owner friends, and feel so privileged to have them to help take care of my furry friend!

A+ is very good with communications: regular texts as well as pictures (which is nice when you're missing the critters). When ants invaded while we were gone, our petsitter went the extra mile to resolve the problem in a pet-friendly way and make sure the kitties still had safe access to their food and water. When we come home, everyone is content, the bowls and dishes are clean and full, and the boxes are fresh and neat. There's also always a full record of visits and what was done on each visit, with written comments. They are always responsive--whether you're home or away.

We have been using A+ Pets and Plants for about three years now. Debbie and her team are extremely reliable and go the extra mile to make you feel that your house and pets are being taken care of in your absence. In one case, Debbie actually took one of our pets to the vet to have sutures removed while we were away. I would highly recommend A+ Pets and Plants to anyone who wants their pets to stay comfortably at home, rather than putting them up at a kennel. They are completely professional and, also, very fair on pricing.

A+ Pets and Plants always does an amazing job of taking care of my dogs when I am out of town. They provide peace of mind because I never have to worry about my dogs like I had to when they were being boarded. They walk the dogs, play with them, feed them, give medication as needed and most importantly they give them lots of love! In addition, your home is also taken care of as the bring in the mail and any packages, put the garbage out on garbage day, water plants and do anything else that you need. I highly recommend them!
