Mr. Barnes cut two of the trees without a problem. On the third one, however, it didn't fall where he planned an damaged some phone/cable boxes in our yard. Also, when grinding one of the stumps, a piece of wood was thrown against the house damaging a shutter and punching a hole in the siding. I paid for the tree removal upon his word that the damage would be fixed. That was five months ago. We have spoken to Mr. Barnes numerous times. Initially he told us the siding was ordered and he was waiting on it to arrive.  We have since learned that he never ordered siding.  The last time we spoke with Mr. Barnes, he told us to take him to court.

The owner came the day after I called for a quote and was able to schedule the job within one week. He was on site leading the work and made sure everything went well, including fill-in dirt if we needed it.  He has since done several other jobs in the neighborhood and has stopped by to check on things to make sure we were satisfied. We have him scheduled to cut down an additional nine more trees in a couple of weeks.  If there was a rating above an "A" I would give it to Georgia Tree Service.
