The work was performed according to the contract until payment was not received by you (which was approved by the inspector). As a result, you were notified that we were not going to continue services until payment was received. After attempting to collect for 60+ days, we filed a lien for lack of payment. Also should be noted, that your original insurance claim was incorrect and we were successful in increasing your claim to cover all the damages including a new HVAC. We spent timeless hours in negotiating with your insurance company to make sure that your home was restored to its original form. It is also important to note, there were no charges files by for neglect and we have documentation regarding your comments regarding the quality of services performed. This should not be a forum to settle our differences."

We would like to note that the deal that you purchased was outside of our service area and explained to you that if we accepted this project, due to location, we would need to have flexibility to do the work. Due to traffic conditions from our service area to your home, we requested early am starts. All work was completed on the list that you and your husband provided us and we confirmed this with him before we finished. There were times that we had to reschedule due to conflicts with other projects and felt like a 1-2 days notice was sufficient. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you both."
