MORE THAN EXCELLENT!! HE WAS HERE LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND DIDN'T CHARGE US ANY MORE. TOOK TIME TO TEACH ME HOW TO USE THE STOVE BECAUSE I HAD NO CLUE. OFFERED TO CALL HIM ANY TIME IF I FORGET AND HE WILL HELP ME WITH IT AGAIN. JUST ALLL AROUND GREAT GUY AND HE AND HIS HELPER WERE SO HELPFUL!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LAUGH, DON'T CALL SIDNEY BECAUSE HE IS WANTS TO MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY AND ONE WAY TO DO SO IS TO MAKE YOU LAUGH. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT HE AND HIS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! SO CONSIDERATE OF MY HOME!!!

Did a thorough job of cleaning the chimney. He left everything spotless, a real achievement considering that he was vacuuming soot from a fireplace and chimney. He also provided a good analysis of the condition of the entire chimney, hearth and flues and recommended additional services needed to correct problems.
He was very professional and combined knowledge and years of experience to provide recommendations in which I could have confidence. I had reason to believe the chimney might need some work, so I asked many questions to make sure I could be confident in getting it in good working order.

The company was hired to perform an inspection and cleaning of my chimney, inside and out.
They found some defects and made the corrections. They also had to do some new fabrication. It took about 2 days to complete the work.
I must say that I was truly surprised by the care and concern the company displayed to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
I'll make sure I use them whenever I have the chimney cleaned on a routine basis in the future.
I was also pleased with their fee, I thought for the work they were fair and honest.

Sidney is very professional and has a great attention to detail and safety!
He worked with us in planning our stove location and needs.
He made it look like a simple installation piping through our ceiling into the attic and through the roof.

This is a story about how customer service should work! We got an appointment (easily arranged) for a chimney sweep service at a mountain cabin in Ellijay. The technicians arrived ahead of us, were friendly and knowledgeable. That evening we lit a fire and noticed that more of a smoky odor in the house, and the fire didn't seem to be drawing properly. The next day, the owner called to see if we were satisfied with the service and we mentioned the problem to him. He arranged for his employee to come back out and inspect - which happened within just a few hours - and a quick adjustment was made. The technician took the time to explain what had happened, gave some helpful pointers and had a great attitude overall. Once again, we had another follow-up call from the owner to make sure we were satisfied - and we were! This is the type of great customer service we used to have - long ago - but actually still exists! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
