They were absolutely excellent, they provided great service.

We hired the Messer's to move us from our home in Kennesaw to a rental home in Ellijay, GA. The move went well with fairly little damage to our property, so we hired them again on 10/09/2013 to move items from our storage warehouse in Hiram, GA to our rental house in Ellijay, GA.
They moved the pedestals for our washer and dryer from storage to the new home. After they installed the washer and dryer, I asked them if they re-hooked up everything both the washer and dryer. They confirmed that they did. On Saturday, October 12th, I ran the washer. The drain pipe from the washer was not put into the drain in the wall and the bathroom flooded. I immediately called and left a message with Kayla, the office manager and my husband called and left a message with Anthony Messer, the mover in charge, to let them know that the bathroom was flooded and that we had no way of moving the appliances by ourselves to clean up the water and prevent flood damage. We told them that we needed them out ASAP for damage control. I am posting this on Wednesday, October 17th and have had no response from them and they don't answer the phone. Observation showed us that they did not hook up the dryer vent either.
Now, the hardwood floor is cupped and we need an insurance adjuster from their company, yet no response. My only recourse was to stop payment on the checks for the move and the tip. We figure maybe that will get their attention.
I have no other way of getting hold of them.

Great service. A fairly involved move with multiple pick up and drop off locations. All items handled with care. Quick efficient crew. Best movers I've ever had experience with using.
