One of the most disappointing experiences ever, especially since I know Jared personally. I was not provided the products that I originally requested upon my first meeting with Jared, and when I notified him that none of my lights were working he refused to tell me where the gfi was that controlled the lights to see if I could fix it myself, and outright refused to come back to diagnose and fix the problem. Terrible experience.
