As a visitor to Ellijay, I was worried about being taken advantage of as an out-of-towner; however, I was treated in a friendly, direct and courteous manner. Work was explained clearly, an estimate was given and the work accomplished quickly. A service person test-drove the car when completed. During the wait, the manager of the business made me and the other customers feel completely at home, as if we were all regulars (I wasn't, everyone else was). The price for the task performed, and the quality delivered, was exceptional.
