They put me together with the contractor they use, Tim Hoenshell, and he was going to make all of my dreams come true. I was told he could do anything and everything. They were supposed to do a job from start to finish for me, building a home and a green house. It was going to be broken down in phases and led me to believe it would be as budget conscious as possible. Before it was started, I asked for a contract. They told me I didn't need one and my receipt was my contract. I gave him the first half down on the first phase and after 3 days of coming to my property without proper equipment and untrained employees, he asked me for the rest of the payment plus $2000 to start the green house. I started getting nervous because I hadn't heard from him after I gave him the payment. I then learned that he had called the equipment company for them to take back the bulldozers. I also found out from a well expert that the work they had completed had set me up for undrinkable water. I called Eagle Ridge Buildings and left a message for the saleslady I was dealing with Terry Woehr. She told me they never done this type of work before and it was his first time with a job this big. Bottom line, they never came back out, had the equipment picked up and now they have my money for an unfinished first phase and $2000 for the second phase. They will not give me back my money and I do not have water, electricity, a greenhouse, or a home. My land looks like a bomb went off every place they worked.
