. When I spoke by phone with Sue at the office she recommended a reasonably-priced model based upon her technician's previous, start-of-the-summer, visit to service the old HVAC unit. I had assumed that the project would be much more expensive than the price quoted. She explained that my house didn't require an expensive high-efficiency system; that the recommended model would be better than the completely-adequate system installed in the house originally.
. The electricians arrived early for the appointment. Dustin and his co-worker were very friendly and able to discuss the project while performing the work.
. After the installation was complete, Dustin explained the operation of the new thermostat and made some safety recommendations regarding altering the small room containing the HVAC and water heater.
. Dustin's co-worker offered to add (at no additional cost) a support strap to some sagging duct-work that had no relationship to this project.
. The team also installed an air "return" in the basement area that wasn't included in the original estimate. No additional charge was made for this work.
. After all work was complete, the old equipment was loaded onto the truck for disposal and the working areas tidied.
. I'm very pleased that the people at this company make every effort to provide the most cost-effective system and are so pleasant.

Dustin arrived precisely on time. Within a few minutes he determined that the problem with the system was a faulty "contactor," an essential component within the outside compressor/condenser/fan unit. He replaced the part, checked the coolant level, and examined the "cold side" of the system located in the basement. He found that the inside unit had been assembled originally in a sloppy fashion so he straightened pieces of metal so they fit together correctly.
Dustin has a very pleasant personality and didn't mind my asking him questions and getting "underfoot".

He is fantastic and affordable. He is very serviceable and they call to make sure everything is ok.  The also come once a year to check the heater.
