No matter where your home is located, in the foothills outside Jasper, a neighborhood in Ball Ground, a mountain rental in Blue Ridge or a vacation home in Ellijay, we understand the tech challenges home owners face. Selecting the correct providers and technology to realize reliable Internet connectivity, TV service, and cellular service can be quite challenging. That is where we begin building the foundation for providing you great service. We create a stable basic foundation for Internet, TV and stabilizing cellular service before constructing the network of customer selected modular systems. Rodney reached out nearly immediately after my inquiry into a new Sonos system to add to my existing system, and subsequently added the necessary amps, speakers and equipment I needed to get our new home set up as we wished. Rod and his team (Jeff and Brian) were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. BRMCH was very easy to deal with, competitively priced, and got the work done very quickly. Thanks, guys! We are very pleased with the look, sound and performance of our new flat panels as well as the entire Sonos and related systems.

The owner, Rodney, brings years of experience to this project and has excellent reviews. He and his associates introduce me to the SONOS SYSTEM so that sound was achieved in all rooms and outside screened porch. Our three TV's was made neat wiring hidden so as not to be seen. My expectations were beyond what was expected and each associate was very knowledgable and gave us the first set of instructions on coordinating the system for music including that from DENON record player and linking to internet.

The specific project was TV Mount, Universal Remote, Home theater surround Sound, Cameras, Computer Network. The good news is they got the TV Mount correct. Everything else required multiple visits and appeared to work when I gave him final payment, but quickly fell apart. As I reported it, he seemed disinterested in supporting his faulty install. I have had to pay other people to fix his sloppy work as he, did not have the time, to fix his negligent work. A request to fix a camera that stopped working has been ignored. His resolution to come out recently to look at his faulty install was to charge me for the visit. Rodney is only interested in new installs and not interested in supporting past work. There are three aspects of the system he installed for us not working and nothing is getting resolved.

BJ the technician was superb. His knowledge was amazing of both the technical and construction. He was easy to talk with. Any questions he answered thoroughly. We had a great time working together. As a builder myself it was so pleasant to be with someone who cared about the job and satisfaction of the customer. I would highly recommend him and the company for any service they provide. Good, positive attitude shown when coming up with solutions to challenges presented installing a sound system in a renovated home. Excellent attention to detail with the focus on doing what is best acoustically and visually. Rodney was a pleasure to work with and left the installation clean and neat, and the system sounding and looking awesome!

Rodney Blanchard is a true professional who knows his business. He wired my home entertainment systems, far better than had been done in the past.
