The owner, Joshua arrived on time with copies of the insurance and explained what they would be doing. A friend suggested we have our roof looked at and they referred 24/7 to have it looked at. The inspector, walked out property, took dozens of photos and flew his drone over our house. He sat down with me and went over some issues we never realized we had. Josh was very professional and gave us copies of the pictures he took and even labeled each to show exactly what we need to repair. He referred a roofer and contractor to fix the roof and deck support and has called to check the progress on the repairs. Thanks to 24/7, our insurance agent said our home insurance would not be cancelled as it was supposed to on March 1st of 20. Absolutely the nicest and most professional company I've had at my home. A+ and recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.
