 + -1 moreMatt Ragan is the owner. I am currently under contract with them. It is $50 per visit to do the maintenance. I have been pleased with the work. It was a duplex where I was trying to do the work and finally decided that I didn't have time to do it anymore. Their price is good.
Description of Work: I use Raganscapes to do the regular maintenance on a property that I own.
