We've had serious problems with them. There card says that they specialize in home renovation and he was selected by my general contractor, but I was not impressed. I'll never have him back out here to fix anything else. He was very unprofessional and on top of that he tried to get over on me as far as the type of work. When he came in I had a workbench in one area. He had to take down a wall and put a wall back up while in the process of doing the repair, but when he put the wall back up and the sheetrock mud on it there were bad areas in the mud where he didn't sand it properly. When I pointed it out to him he said that was where my workbench was going to be so he wasn't worried about it, which is pretty presumptuous. They didn't have all the tools they needed and borrowed our tools to be able to complete the job. We had some extra paint here that we had to supply because they didn't have enough paint to finish painting the room. They did not clean up behind themselves. They didn't put tarps over our stuff that was out there and got paint splattered everywhere. We had to go back and clean paint off of our bookcases. We have 4 ft. fluorescent lights out there with covers on them and they broke one of the covers and didn't say anything about it. They just put it back up there hoping that we wouldn't see it. It really was awful. I've never had a contractor give me that much grief. When I sat there and started pointing out things on the wall that I wanted them to fix in the sheetrock he goes, "Oh, now you're talking about glazing and that's a completely different thing. You'd have to stand back six feet away from the wall and if you can see it from there then I'll fix it." They left somebody here and wanted them to work until 10:00 to 12:00 at night to try to get the job done. We wanted it done, but it was just really bad. We had just had siding put on the outside of the house and they damaged it, but he did come right in and say that they were working late last night. He told me that his guys were tired plus with the low light they damaged the side of my garage door and that they were going to fix it, but when he fixed it he did a crappy job and is in fact on his way out to fix it again sometime next week. He did a sub-par job on it and used a piece that was too long. It was probably a half inch too long and instead of cutting it off he jammed it down in there. It was a piece of aluminum flashing that goes on the side of the garage door. The bottom of it now flares out and it buckles all up the side of it. When they put the little rubber piece that touches the garage door that keeps water from going in it wouldn't fit flat because the aluminum was buckled up. They put a good quarter to a half inch wide bead of caulk up the side of it to try to make it look good. It was really terrible and everything was bad from the get-go. It was awful. He was also very late. I will never use them again.
