This man is a crook. He did work on my house after I asked him not to before I received an updated contract. This was after he told me I needed additional work done. The work was terrible. He totally lied in court and it was obvious. I would not recommend him. Please do not hire him!!! Or do so at your own risk.

I chose Greg Shealey at NPI from an approved contractor list from my mortgage program. He was able to arrange all the repairs I needed from the home inspection as well as several improvements (new floors in 3 rooms, new French doors and new HVAC). He was able to get the work started right away and to schedule it all efficiently. We did have a delay in that a Trane rep informed him that a unit was Energy Star compliant (but it wasn't), so a new model had to be ordered. I've marked a "B" for punctuality because this happened after there had been a several day delay waiting for a new air handler, and I was not informed of that delay or the reason for it. All in all, the quality of the work was good, and he was willing to put up with the quirks of my mortgage program. They were funding the work and were extremely, extremely particular about how paper work and such needed to be filled out.
