L.A. Law Investments LLC came out on short notice to do some yard work which was very much appreciated until I had to call them back out to both of our properties which were serviced a few days apart to finish what they missed to complete the job. L.A. Law Investments LLC did come back out and fix the things that were wrong, once I got over to the 1st home they serviced after seeing the mulch job, the grass had grown through the mulch after only being done a week. Their response was they would come back out to treat the grass that was growing up. Once I told them how disappointed we were with their services after being called back to both properties and now this, Lauren immediately got defensive and told me that we couldn?t be pleased but in all actuality we only wanted what we paid for. Lauren told me that my husband said lay the mulch but had he had a better understanding from the professionals that were doing the job, he definitely would have said treat it. We do not do lawns.

They did a great job. Communicated when he would come and rake up all of the leaves from my backyard. I had a lot. Utilize his own garbage bags (because my county requires the brown bags), removed and took them with him. The cost was reasonable, and I would use him again for small jobs.

Jones Pressure Washing is great. He's fantastic. He's done our house every year. He's coming out in March to wash our house again. He's professional. He owns the business and I know they do a lot of commercial properties and buses and trucks and things. But he always coming here personally himself and he has a big tank on the back of the truck. He really, thoroughly pressure washes it. Our house looks like it's freshly painted when he washes it. I asked him if we should get it washed every six months and he said the house was fine and that we only need to do it once a year. He checks the gutters. He really takes his time and does a really good job. I asked several people for quotes and he was the most reasonable and did a great job. We had had someone earlier do it and they charged us a lot more and came over with a little hand held pressure washer, where Jones has a major pressure washer. He really does a good job. He knows how to keep from over beating the paint. He really takes time to move stuff and he uses products that are safe for the plants. I like the fact that he, himself comes to do it every year.

I have it done every year.  He also does fleet washing.  I like that he’s prompt and he does a very thorough job.  I asked him if I needed to do this twice a year because there is a lot of building going on in my area and there’s a lot of dust.  He said it wasn't necessary, that once a year was more than enough. I was glad that he was honest enough to tell me to not spend money that I didn't need to spend.   I have used him several times and I am never disappointed.  My neighbors stop by to get his information.
