Real Estate Service
Initially the response was great. Ted Phillips, the owner came out and met with us and explained their services to us. We did our due diligence and contacted some references who spoke highly of the services Dentenna provided. We thought all was going well until we left the country and that is when the problems started. Dentenna ceased to be responsive to e-mails and phone calls and we had to contact them multiple times about the rent payment being late. After several stern phone calls to Ted Phillips we were able to re-establish our expectations of service. Since then, all has worked smoothly.
