Inspector did not get report completed within due diligence time frame. Also neglected to advise us of extremely poor condition of the HVAC which went out completely within a week of moving into the new house. Wouldn’t touch this guy again with a 10ft pole.

We gave you the special price of $250 for the home inspection and the termite letter was $50 3. We was VERY professional to you, your mate, your agent and the seller, which all was present 4. The quality of service we gave to you and your mate which we know was excellent as well, we went over the entire property along with the seller, and pointed out the deficiencies that we have found along with the old HVAC unit that was behind the wall of the book case in the family room , which the seller had to remove to show where the unit was along there was old shoe in the area. we informed you and your agent that the unit has not been serviced. The seller (woman) informed you and and your agent that she was not spending no more money on the property. We walked around the property with you and your mate and asked many times DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, both you reply with no. 5. The only thing that was a problem was with the report not being done in one day. We have computer virus, that damaged the computer which effected eight inspection reports; we have informed you and your agent about the matter and you said on the speaker phone in front of our staff and you said you understand. We also that we are going to have write the report without photo again you reply with you understand and said yes . Your agent informed us that he was going to write up the deficiencies, and know what was need to be address. Agape has ALWAYS CARRY ourselves with high standard"

Mr. Harrington responded quickly to my inquiry on scheduling a home inspection at the house my wife and I were in the process of purchasing. On the day of the inspection, he arrived an hour before the scheduled appointment to conduct a through inspection of the outside of the house. Upon our arrival to the house, Mr. Harrington went over what he inspected and walked us through his findings. Then he conducted the inspection on the inside of the house with us. He was very informative throughout the entire inspection. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything. Mr. Harrington was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone in the Atlanta area that needs a home inspection.

I called to schedule an appointment. They were very professional and asked all the right questions! They made me feel very confident in choosing them. The inspector arrived early and even took my payment right onsight, eliminating the need for a check or money order. The inspection took about an hour and he even allowed me to walk with him as he checked things out. i was given a thorough education about the home I purchased. There were no surprises! I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to as many people as I could! i even got my Termite inspection included in the price! My report was sent to me and my agent without additional expense! If I could tell people one thing, it would, "Make the best choice, use Agape Inspection Management Service!"

Darnell Harrington arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional in demeanor. After showing him the gaping space/hole underneath my home, he got his tools, writing pad, etc. and went to work. I explained to him the different assessments I had previously received and he broke it down to me in layman's terms (three times I might add so that I understood clearly) that all I needed was 6 x 3 feet of cement pumped under my home to seal the foundation. I was quite pleased with the service and was very thankful that Darnell even emailed a diagram for me to present to the contractor that I will eventually hire to complete this work. I am very grateful for this dynamic team. Thank you again.

I used Agape IMS for a home inspection on a house I was purchasing in Ellenwood, Ga. Mr. Harrington was fantastic! My realtor recommended him because he was a preferred vendor of the NACA program. He was very professional. Showed up early had all his credentials and paperwork. He took photos right there and walked me through every phase of the inspection. He even had his partner there to do a termite inspection with me. They presented me with a thorough education on what their findings were with my house prior to my closing, so I had knowledge to work with at the negotiation table.
I was impressed and got my Homeguage color report and my termite letter the same evening as promised! I would definitely use them again. I also gave them rave reviews with the NACA program! My realtor, was very happy with them and he said he would be recommending them to his other clients as well.

I have no regrets hiring Agape Inspection Management Service Inc. for their home inspection and property management services. They performed a thorough inspection of the house and highlighted condition/state of various items in the house. I was pleased with their service and decided to hire them to manage the property. They made sure the place was painted and that the necessary repairs were completed on time and in a satisfactory manner. Recently, I had a dispute with the local water board about a billing issue. The folks at Agape took care of this as well. It's a relief to know you have a great team working and looking out for your best interests.

I called on Monday they arrive on Tuesday. My report was in my hand with photos and a CD on Wednesday. He found several issues that I would have not thought were a problem. I was able to negotiate the repairs with the previous owners because of this inspector! Mr. Harrington was really great!
