That made me feel comfortable with his ability to complete the task. He and his crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an exterminator. He will go above and beyond to make sure that your issues are addressed and potential future issues are prevented.

Could not have been better. Great service. Got all of the rodents. Cleaned up the house and closed all means of ingress. Set traps in the crawl-space, which eliminated the problem. Returned several times to check the house for additional pests. This is a single-family rental house. Calvin and his team worked with the tenants, and the tenants loved the team, and the results. Will definitely use Absolute in the future.

He did a thorough, detailed inspection and a great job treating our home for pests and performing preventative measures to insure no pests could intrude into our home. He placed a termite bait system for future monitoring of termite activity. He is very detail oriented, he even cleaned behind our refridgerator. Great value for his services, Terminex costs do not even compete. Calvin and his wife already feel like family to us.

Very well. He was able to get the bats to fly away in a humane manner. The bats were not harmed. He then sealed up the vent so that they could not get back in.

Just WOW! Calvin is a rockstar. I called at around 5pm on a Friday before 4th of July to speak with Calvin about treating our property for termites and not only did he pick up the phone he managed to still visit our home by 8pm THAT NIGHT to give me a price! He had us on the schedule for the following Tuesday. Calvin was super responsive, punctual and communicative. I honestly wish everyone I worked with could be like this, he made a nasty problem a pleasure.

It was perfect. Calvin came out personally at the start of this work to assess it and look at the space and set traps. He was punctual, friendly, professional and cleaned up after his work was done. He and his office kept in contact via text messages updating me on next steps. His crew that subsequently came to the house to complete various parts of the job were professional, polite, friendly and efficient. My husband who works from home was there to let them in and discuss progress. He couldn't speak more highly of everyone and found the whole job to have been done with a minimal of fuss. Absolute Exterminating was contacted in the morning and Calvin had my property serviced that same day and actually scheduled another of his men to come and trim the tree branches away from the house and clean out the gutters in order to properly treat my ant invasion! The speed and level of service from Absolute Exterminating was impressive and extremely effective! My ant problem was bad and now it is gone! Calvin was great!! I called him and asked if he could come the same day, and he ensured me that he would make time to come to the house and do an inspection and he did. When he and his partner arrived, they were polite, professionals, and pleasant. Before entering the home, they put on shoe covers and were very intentional about not making any mess. They would not let my mother, and I lift a finger, they answered all of our questions, they were very patient and attended to all of the places where there were holes. After finishing their work, they made sure to put everything back where they found it. I will use Absolute Exterminating Services again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

We have used Absolute Exterminating for the last several years for various services (pest control maintenance, critter (squirrel) removal and hornet's nest removal) both at our home and at our rental property. In addition, Calvin has been a good reference for other services not provided by Absolute Exterminating. Great! Calvin is nothing but patient :) and knowledgeable. He put up with me specifying the rodents caught as mice when they are (wood) rats. They are teeny. Not like NYC rats. But he put out traps to assess activity. And when I realized that they were encroaching on my space but didn't feel a full home wrap or garage wrap was the solution, he recommended setting out some bait traps where the mice/wood rats could feast on poison. He assured me that the traps were dog safe and took the time to show me what he constructed (a trap on a concrete base with nail glue and locked and the entry point way too small for a dog to get into). Peace of mind - rodent eradication and dog safety - priceless. He's smart, personable, responsive! But SO IN DEMAND right now that he may need to reschedule because of springtime emergencies. I was fine with that - I understand - and he was good at giving me a heads up and he is working hard with emergency situations. He cares. So if you have an emergency - he will be there. If you have some friendly mice/wood rats running around and you are not too concerned - he will take care of you. But you might be after the termites or roaches or who knows what else he runs in to on a daily!

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND HE LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED,CUT BACK TREES TO CUT OFF ACCESS TO HOUSE CUT OPEN CEILING TO GET RODENTS OUT OF WALLS, CLEANED AND DISINFECTED ALL AREAS THAT NEEDED WORK, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SEALED,AND KEPT IN CONTACT WE ME TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NO FURTHER ACTIVITY

They installed wire covering all openings into the house from the crawlspace, mortared up holes in the crawlspace wall, and set traps throughout the crawlspace. They came back 3 times to check the traps and were extremely professional (thanks, Calvin). Quite a lot of bang for my buck.

Calvin went above and beyond my expectations. He coordinated and stayed on top of my tenants who were consistently cancelling and rescheduling there appointments. He tirelessly worked around his schedule to accommodate my tenants, and kept me updated along the way. Upon arrival of my rental unit he recognized the tenants were not keeping a tidy home in any manner, food located on the counters and floors, filthy, sticky mess to say the least. Calvin and his crew spent over 2 hours cleaning the home, wiping down counters, sweeping floors and much much more. I would never ask nor expect an extermination/pest control company to clean one of my units prior to spraying and fumigating for roaches. He did not charge any extra for these services. He just saw a need to clean in order to have successful results. Do I have to say any more. I deal with contractors, servicemen, painters, repairmen, all the time in my industry. I can't even get them to clean up after themselves and the work they do, let alone clean up after someone else, and not even ask for a penny more to do such. The end result was before and after pictures, follow up, and a great price for everything. I would highly recommend Calvin, I will use him for all of my rental units, and I will refer him to everyone and anyone I know who is looking for a great company, unparalleled service, and utmost professionalism. I cannot thank him enough.
